His actual powers
> Empathy
Wally can sense the emotions of other people, similarly to how a Ralts can. Also like a Ralts, he's more or less drawn to positive emotions and is more likely to hang around those with kinder dispositions. However, he won't be driven into hiding by hostility or negativity. If he focuses hard enough, he can use his powers to influence the emotions of others. He won't do this too much because it tires him out, but if he does do it, it's most likely to try and help a person cheer up or calm down.
> Telekinesis
He can move stuff by thinking at it really hard. He can move and lift objects or people by sheer willpower. Lighter things are easier for him to lift, people or heavier objects require a lot more concentration and effort. If he uses this power too much in a short amount of time, it'll exhaust him. It gets stronger the more he puts it to use, and as he gets stronger, his exhaustion will be minimized. He can't do anything to a person besides pick them up due to a self-imposed mental block.
> Teleportation
He can transport himself from point A to point B with certain limitations. The first limitation is that he has a range of ten feet. The other limitation is that he has to clearly be able to see where he's teleporting. Tends to do this accidentally when he sneezes.
